SPEAKING TO SPIRIT - AN INTRODUCTION

What
is the difference between intuition and spirit?
Intuition is the voice of your own spirit. It is the gut-feelings you
receive.
There is the spirit within you and there are your spirit helpers around you. Whenever you have a sense that someone is around you - they "pop" into your head, out of the blue or your eye is drawn to a their photo or of something they once owned.
What
methods are used?
Both spirit and your intuitive mind speak primarily through compelling
feelings and in pictures and images. You need to be open to receiving
the images and then interpret them. You can learn to ask for signs throughout
the day.
How
can I get an answer from spirit or intuition?
One of the ways to get a "yes or no" answer from your intuition
(such as, "Will this new job be best for me?"), is to just
close your eyes, imagine a traffic light, ask the question and allow
the signal to light up. Trust your first response. Red means stop (or
no), yellow, wait, and green means go!
What
steps can I take to develop/fine tune my communication skills?
Begin by listening to your own spirit and acknowledge when you receive
and intuitive insight.
Practice - looking for signs and ask questions frequently to stimulate
conversation with your spirit.
Meditate - learn to clear your mind and be open to the messages sent
to you.
Listen - pay particular attention to the first impression you receive
Trust - trust yourself and your intuition - to send you the correct
ideas and images to guide you to the answers you seek!
